We know how much you all love BJJ and for those who are still looking to have a training session on Monday, GB Irvine will have class in the morning from:

ALL LEVELS class 11-12am
Advanced and BB Live Training 12-12:30am

Conditioning Class:  Our next class will be held on Saturday, May 14th at 10am.  The conditioning class is always a popular class and makes for a great workout.  The class involves repetition of a few techniques over a couple rounds.  We look forward to seeing our members of all levels joining us for the conditioning class.  If you have not had a chance to join us for a conditioning class now is your chance!  Don't miss it!

Mom's and Kids Class: Come join us for the first Mom and Kids class on Saturday, May 21st at 9am. All of our GB Youth are welcome to bring their Moms onto the mats for this class. The class will involve a few fun techniques and drills that make for a great bonding experience with our children. If the mother is unable to attend it is not a problem, any parent or guardian will be able to participate in the class. We hope to see you all on the mats!! There is nothing we love more than to see families sharing the gift of BJJ!!
