Gracie Barra Tournament: Our next Gracie Barra tournament will be held at Northwood High School in Irvine. The GB tournaments are great a great way to experience competing in a very safe environment.  We had a great drills class today!! This class is a very good way to develop your technique and well as your transitions, If you guys missed it don't worry, we will be holding another one soon.

Conditioning Class: We will hold our next conditioning class on Wednesday, September 31st @ 5pm. This class is a great way to improve your cardio, so when it comes to specific training or the sparring you will have more endurance.
